At Batterymall.com, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. We operate multiple warehouses worldwide (USA, Canada, France, Japan, and China) to ensure efficient delivery.

 

1. Processing Time

 

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Operating Days: Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address (including full name and phone number) is completely accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

We offer Local Warehouse Shipping (for faster delivery) and International Shipping (from our China warehouse).

B. International Shipping (From China Warehouse)

 

For items not available in local warehouses, we ship globally from our China headquarters.

Note: Prices listed below are starting estimates for 0.5kg items. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight.

    • USA: Free shipping on orders under 2 kg

    • Canada: ($4.99)

    • Mexico: ($6.99)

  • Europe (15-20 Business Days)

    • Free Shipping: Russia, Belarus.

    • Standard Rates ($5.99 - $8.99): UK, Germany, France, Ukraine, Norway, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Croatia, Latvia, Slovenia, etc.

    • Other Rates: Cyprus ($16.99).

  • Asia & Oceania

    • Asia (5-10 Business Days): Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Kazakhstan (Free). Japan ($3.99).

    • Middle East (15-20 Business Days): UAE ($9.99), Israel ($6.99), Saudi Arabia ($9.99).

    • Oceania (15-20 Business Days): Australia, New Zealand ($7.99).

  • South America (15-20 Business Days)

    • Brazil ($6.99), Chile ($6.99), Peru ($9.99).

 

3. Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package using the following links based on your region:

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

 

  • Responsibility: Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Customs Clearance: Delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country are beyond our control.
