Q5: How long does it take to ship after placing an order? What logistics are supported?
A: We usually ship within 24 hours, providing multiple logistics options such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and standard postal services, and global delivery.
Q6: Is cash on delivery supported?

Q2: How many times does a new battery need to be fully charged and discharged before it can be activated?

Q3: Who bears the return shipping for international orders?
A: If the return is due to product quality issues, we will bear the return shipping cost; if the return is due to personal reasons, the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost.
