1.Q: How fast we can ship out the parcel? It was sent out with the tarcking number?

A: Items are usually shipped within 3 to 5 working days after payment is confirmed.All parcels will be with tracking number. (Except Saturday and Sunday.)

1.Q: What to do if the battery is faulty ?

If the battery fails within 15 days of receipt, we will refund or resend it for you.

If the battery fails during the warranty period, we will provide you with repair/refund/replacement services.

1.Q: How about the battery’s lasting or working time ?

A: Actually battery’s run-time is dependent on the device's total power consumption rate. ​

It related to following factors:

●the speed of the laptop’s processor

●the amount of application software

●the number of wireless interface devices

●the brightness of the screen

●the amount of cycle that you’re using it for

 

2.Q:How to maintain battery life?

A:We suggest that you do the battery activation at least once every two months, as it will extend the working time and life of your battery.

 If you won’t the battery for a month or longer, we suggest you charge the battery to 50%-80% capacity and then remove it from the laptop. Store it in a clean, dry place until you need it again.

 

3.Q:How long is the battery life?

A:Our battery was tested and checked well before shipment. Under the normal using condition,the life of the lithium battery is about 500 time of cycles, so that usually as far as possible to use the fast end (5-7%) in charge, the average use time is 2 to 3 years.

 

4.Q: How do I calibrate my laptop battery?

1A:Laptop Battery Calibration For Windows:

The goal is to run the battery to zero percent, and for the computer to shut off without going to sleep or going into hibernate mode.

Unplug your laptop charger.

Change the “Power Plan” > “On Battery” > "Put the Computer to Sleep" settings to “Never.”

If you cannot find these settings you can turn on an internet radio station, and let it play until the computer shuts off. (This is not effective in all versions of Windows)

After the computer shuts down, plugging in the AC adapter should be required to turn the machine back on. Once the computer starts a message will appear asking if you would like to start in “Safe Mode.” Restart Windows normally.

Leave your computer plugged in and charge it all the way from 0% to 100%.

Remember to change your Power Scheme settings back to what they were.

 

2A:Laptop Battery Calibration For Mac:

●Charge your battery to the highest percent available.

●Leave the laptop plugged in for 2 hours after you reach the topmost charge percentage.

●Unplug the AC adapter and use the computer until it forces the machine into hibernation mode.

●Let the computer stay in hibernation mode for 5 hours.

●Recharge the battery from 0% to 100%.

If the re-calibration is performed correctly and does NOT fix the problem a new battery should correct the issue.
