Survey Instrument Battery Bulk Supplier
Compatibility Verified Before Your Bulk Order Ships
Every battery is matched to specific instrument models and original battery part numbers, not a generic size class. Before a bulk order is dispatched we re-check the fitment list, and for large purchases we recommend a sample-first step:
- Locate the model name or number on your instrument and on its current battery label.
- Compare the original part number, voltage, capacity and connector shape against the series listing.
- Not sure? Send us the part number or instrument model and we confirm compatibility before your order ships.
Long Field Life, Batch After Batch
Grade-A cells are capacity-matched and aged-tested before assembly, so you get steady discharge curves instead of the sagging runtime of an aged original pack. Under normal daily use, expect roughly 300 to 500 charge cycles – seasons of field work for a typical crew – before noticeable capacity fade. When instruments sit idle, store spare packs at about 40–60 percent charge in a cool, dry place to maximize calendar life.
Safety Protection in Every Pack
Each battery combines a built-in protection circuit with a flame-retardant housing and reinforced internal cell spacers, guarding against overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit and overheating. Production batches are sample-tested for cycle life and structural integrity before leaving the line, and the test report is available on request for tender and audit submissions – the same documentation we provide with our laptop battery range.
