1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you have ordered the wrong model, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive the product.

  • Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition with no scratches or physical damage.

  • Refunds: Once approved and inspected, a full refund for the product price will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: For non-quality related returns (e.g., "changed mind" or "ordered wrong item"), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

2. 1-Year Limited Warranty

 

We test every battery before shipment to ensure it meets original specifications. We provide a 1-Year Warranty for KingSener and OEM batteries.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as failure to charge, inability to hold a charge, or sudden failure within the warranty period.

    • Note: Gradual capacity loss of rechargeable batteries over time is a natural occurrence and is not considered a defect.

  • Troubleshooting: Battery issues can sometimes be caused by chargers, software, or laptop motherboards. Before approving a return, our support team may require your cooperation for a remote diagnosis.

  • Warranty Solutions:

    1. Remote Fix: Technical guidance to resolve software/calibration issues.

    2. Replacement: If a hardware defect is confirmed, you may return the defective battery.

      • Shipping Rule: The buyer pays for return shipping; We (Batterymall) will cover the cost of shipping the new replacement battery to you.

 

3. Special Situations & Claims

 

  • Wrong Item Received: If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs and arrange a replacement.

  • Lost/Undelivered Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, you must notify us within 48 hours. Failure to report within this window may prevent us from filing a claim with the carrier, resulting in no compensation.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages that are destroyed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Full refunds are not available in this case; please contact support for potential partial compensation solutions.

 

4. How to Return (Step-by-Step)

 

Please follow these steps to process your return or warranty claim efficiently:

Step 1: Submit a Request Contact us via email or WhatsApp/WeChat to initiate a return. Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Product Model / ID

  • Reason for Return (or description of the issue)

Step 2: Diagnosis & Approval Our technical team may ask for photos or details to rule out non-battery issues (e.g., charger faults).

Step 3: Pack & Ship Once approved, pack the item securely to prevent damage.

  • Important: Please retain your tracking number. We cannot issue refunds or replacements if the return package is lost in transit without tracking.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement Upon receiving and inspecting the return:

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method (please allow several business days for your bank to process).

  • Replacements: A new battery will be shipped to you promptly.
