FAQ
Q: Is the AO02XL compatible with the ElitePad 900 G1?
A: No. The ElitePad 900 G1 uses the BT02XL battery. This AO02XL is strictly for the second generation **1000 G2** series. Please verify your tablet generation before ordering.
Q: Why does my ElitePad shut down at 20%?
A: This is usually a sign of cell degradation or a calibration issue. A fresh AO02XL battery will eliminate sudden shutdowns and restore original energy density for all-day portability.
